Muxtape still isn’t allowing me to create an account. Yesterday it warned me I wouldn’t be able to, but today it ‘pretends’ to allow it and then just dumps me into a blank page. Clever.

Lots of new followers on Twitter this week. Maybe more than ever. Most of them following large numbers and totally irrelevant to my conversation. I went private awhile back to discourage people who weren’t somehow connected, but that strategy is no longer working. In addition to that, I have some real problems with functionalities in Twitter. The most annoying one being that people can re-follow me after I have selected ‘deny’. So I have to then ‘block’ those people. If I deny once, that should be the end of it. Also, I find the notifications to be a bit wonky. I receive very few email notifications of new followers. Most only appear in my ‘xxx new followers’ in the sidebar of my Twitter page.

Some of the 2008 SXSW interactive panel podcasts have been posted. Though for me, not too many compelling ones yet.
